Responsibilities:
* Manage Corporate Call Center (CCC) to achieve excellent & professional customer services with the highest level of efficiency and service level to ultimately contribute to the overall profitability of the bank.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
