General Requirements:
- Have a deep passion to learn
- Have interest in the field of marketing
- Result oriented – not afraid to work hard, work late and/or get hands dirty to finish the job
- Fast Learner and good analytical thinking ability
- University (S1) graduate in any discipline from respected school with minimum GPA of 3.2
- Minimum 4 years of experience for business consultant, minimum of 6 years experience for engagement managers (no experience requirement for business analysts)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skill
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office (word, excel, power point)
- Fluent in English (TOEFL > 520)
Specific Business Analyst Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary research in the field
- Acquire secondary research from various online and offline sources
- Conduct rigorous analysis of the data
- Work with consultants to develop presentations for clients
Specific Business Consultant Roles and Responsibilities:
- Able to interact and manage client¢s expectation throughout the project
- Analyze data, identify key issues and develop recommended solutions
- Work with analysts to develop presentations for clients
- Lead presentation to client
Specific Engagement Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact and advise clients on tactical matters
- Build long-term advisory relationship with clients
- Manage research, analysis, solution development and report development process
- Develop intellectual capital and support business development activities
- Become leader, role model and mentor for business consultants and business analysts
