COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT ASSISTANT
OBJECTIVE
Assist Compensation and Benefit Executive in performing day to day
operational administrative all aspect of Compensation and Benefit.
REQUIREMENT
* Female
* Min. Diploma Degree from reputable university
prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
* 1-2 years experience in similar functions,
preferably from multinational company
* Familiar with payroll system
* Familiar with employee tax calculation
* Strong analytical
* Result and Process Oriented
* Detail Oriented
* High initiative, proactive and able to work with
minimum supervision
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Good command in English both spoken and written
* Computer literate
