BUDGET CONTROL STAFF (BCS)
Job description:
a. Mengontrol pengajuan memo dari setiap unit, distrik dan kantor pusat
b. Verify setiap pengajuan memo dari setiap unit, distrik dan kantor pusat
c. Analisa pemakaian budget setiap bulannya (overbudget atau tidak)
d. Membuat Memo mengenai Biaya Renovasi & Notaris
e. Kualifikasi yang lain yang berhubungan dengan BCO
HR PAYROL STAFF ( HRS)
Job description:
a. Compensation dan Benefit
b. Utilities data entry
c. payroll
d. PPH 21 laporan ke KPP
e. Verifikasi transaksi
General Requarement:
a. Pria/Wanita
b. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun untuk masing-masing posisi
c. S1 any major di utamakan akuntansi
d. IPK Min 2,75 (S1) scala 4.00
e. Usia maks 30 tahun
f. Terbiasa bekerja mandiri, cekatan dan teliti
g. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta penempatan di Jakarta (Head Office)
h. Diutamakan mempunyai pengalaman di jasa keuangan dan industri perbankan
Compentcy yang harus dimiliki:
a. MS Office, terutama MS Excell dan MS Word.
