    Application Engineer

    Location: Jakarta

    Your Tasks:

    • Support sales and marketing staff with technical information about Schaeffler products
    • Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user and provide them with customers technical and engineering support and service
    • Advise major end-users on bearing application related issues
    • Provide advice on lubricants, sealing systems and installation for Schaeffler products
    • Provide failure analysis and trouble-shooting services to end users
    • Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars
    • Liaise with South East Asia regional office and German Headquarters on technical matters
    • Travelling within defined region

    Your Profile:    

    • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with expertise and experience in machine building ( Rotating Equipments)
    • Sales experience, experience in working on rotative machine projects
    • Windows and Microsoft applications
    • Basic knowledge on rotary and linear bearings and electrical drives
    • Outgoing personality, good verbal skills and a team player
