1. Assistant Store Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To assist store supervisor in supervising a team of store-men, allocating duties and ensuring that the duties are done
- To assist in managing day-to-day store operation, including control and checking all receiving materials, parts, and tools, responsible for accuracy in physical stock, stock requisition, distribution, inventory control, etc.
- Coordinate with purchaser to make sure smooth material flow production
- Perform proper documentation of inventory
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree from any fields
- Able to drive forklift (preferred)
- Preferably has experience working in warehouse or logistic
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Willing and able to work in a cross functional team
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
