Assistant Program Kemitraan Supervisor (APKS)
Job Desc :
Membantu melakukan analisa potensi usaha diwilayahnya dan mencari target calon customer sehingga dapat diprospek menjadi mitra binaan (diberikan pinjaman Program Kemitraan).Membantu menyiapkan analisa permohonan pinjaman Program Kemitraan dan Permohonan hibah Program Kemitraan maupun Program Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) untuk diusulkan kepada pemegang kewenangan guna mendapat keputusan.Melakukan koordinasi dengan Dept.PKBL diKantor Pusat dan Unit yang ada di Cluster untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penyaluran dana PKBL diwilayahnya, sehingga dapat dilaksanakan dengan lancar.Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak III (Pemerintah/ Instasi terkait, Perguruan Tinggi, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat) untuk dapat bekerjasama dalam penyaluran pinjaman Program Kemitraan kepada usaha mikro dan kecil maupun dalam rangka Kemitraan kepada masyarakat kurang mampu di sekitar wilayah operasional Bank Mandiri.Memonitor perkembangan usaha mitra binaan dan melakukan penagihan/collectio n agar
pembayaran angsuran dilaksanakan tepat waktu serta menyampaikan permasalahan kepada PKS dan memberikan usulan solusi penyelesaiannya untuk menciptakan portfolio pinjaman Program Kemitraan yang sehat diwilayah kerjanya.Mengadmini strasikan dengan tertib penyaluran pinjaman Program KemitraanMenyampaik an laporan realisasi penyaluran secara tertib dan akurat kepada MBDC/Cluster/ Hub/Community Branch dan Dept.PKBL Dev. di Kantor Pusat sebagai bahan monitoring serta bahan pembuatan Laporan konsolidasi oleh Kantor Pusat untuk dilaporkan secara berkala kepada pemegang saham.Mengadministr asikan dokumen secara tertib untuk memudahkan monitoring dan pembuatan laporan kepada Cluster dan Kantor Pusat.
