VACANCY

PT Arutmin Indonesia is a global leading company in energy coal
business with mine operations and a world class coal terminal in South
Kalimantan. To support its growth, the company is searching for a high
potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as:

1. Senior Geotechnical Engineer/ Geotechnical Engineer – (Code: SGE/GE)

This is a staff position based in Balikpapan Office, reporting to
Geotechnical Superintendent. He/she is responsible for analyzing slope
stability issue at sites; Preliminary geotechnical assessment, conduct
daily assessment, conduct daily monitoring for ensure slope stability
status both of pit and waste dump area; Geotechnical mapping, mine
planning for slope stability in order to support Arutmin’s sites
operation.

2. Safety Officer – (Code: SO)

This position is based in Satui Mine – South Kalimantan. This is a
staff position reporting to Safety & Health Coordinator. This position
is responsible for implementing & controlling Safety programs to
ensure that all employees, and contractors comply with the company
policy and standard on safety. Those with the following qualifications
are encouraged to apply:

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology, Mining Exploration or as Geotechnical
Engineering for (SGE/GE) and health science or relevant disciplines
for (SO).
• Having minimum 5 years as Geotechnical Engineer for (SGE) or 2 years
for (GE) and (SO) in open pit.
• Geotechnical software such as Galena and Slope/W. etc for (SGE/GE).
• Able to install geotechnical equipments for slope movement
groundwater monitoring for (SGE/GE).
• Good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety &
security for (SO).
• Possess good knowledge in mining safety and health regulations, HSE
management and audit system for (SO).
• Posses good interpersonal and leadership skill and people
management. Capable to work with minimum supervision, willing to work
hard and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and English both written and
oral, computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs.
• High integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented and high
commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety and business ethic
and Good Corporate Governance.
