Maintenance Manager
(Jawa Barat – Bogor)
Responsibilities:
* General Purposes
o Report to Plant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to lead Maintenance Department, To plan Maintenance programs and propose annual budget, to manage and control Maintenance programs and Maintenance Team, to ensure machines readiness, avoid down time and safety compliance, in order to support Production Plan. Organize trouble shoots, when necessary and involved in Plant engineering projects
* Major Duties / Responsibilities
o Plan Maintenance annual programs and priorities. Propose annual budget for approval and control expense. Attend to preventive maintenance
o Manage, control and report Maintenance Programs to ensure priorities are achieved
o Involved in Plant engineering or improvement projects, liase with Manufacturing Region office, and ensuring project management is conducted as planned
o Organize trouble shoots
o Developed Maintenance Team to their fullest capacity
o Lead and control Safety implementations in Maintenance
Requirements:
* Minimum University degree/S1 from Electrical Engineering preferably, or Mechanical Engineering
* Having min 2-4 years proven successful track record as Maintenance Head in a factory, preferred from multinational organization
* Familiar with PLC (Programmatic Logic Control) , Preventive Maintenance and TQC (Total Quality Control)
* English proficiency
* Core competencies Self driven, highly committed, enthusiastic, and shows strong leadership
