PT TeamworX Indonesia is an Indonesian registered foreign investment company which is owned and managed by a multi-national team who represent a variety of differing fields of expertise within the construction industry.
TeamworX has been staffed to operate four main business units for within Indonesia as well as for other countries: contract administration, construction engineering, construction management, and prefabrication of buildings.

Junior Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil)
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with international standards and codes
- Familiar in using STAAD Pro
- Fluent in English
Junior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical – HV)
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with international standards and codes
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
- Willing to visit a project site
Planning and Control Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil-majoring construction management prefer)
- Has similar work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate (primavera or MS project)
- Fluent in English
Contract Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveyor
- Min 6 years work experience in reviewing contract and prepare contract for construction works
- Familiar with Indonesia Construction Law/ Regulation, FIDIC/ JTC contract
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (mehanical)
- Min 6 years work experience as mechanical engineer in project (especially in industrial and pharmaceutical building project)
- Familiar with international standards and codes
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical)
- Min 7 years work experience as design engineer and project engineer (especially in MV/HV project)
- Familiar with international standards and codes
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Min 6 years work experience as Project Manager (especially in industrial building project)
- Familiar with international standards and codes
- Strong leadership and communication
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English

Networking is the most effective way to finding any type of employment! We hear a lot about networking and it is absolutely crucial whether starting a job search. In today's competitive job market, 60% of the jobs are found through networking. But just what is networking?
First Contact
Networking is about making contact with the people you know and the people they know. According to a recent research regarding a US-base multinational company with 5,000 employees, 50% of their junior/senior staff were hired through referrals by existing employees. All vacancies in big corporations are posted internally before being advertised. This is called "Reverse Networking" by big employers and saves them immense costs in job advertisements. This is a common practice with all the big employers across the globe.
Map out your direction
Remember, when networking, you are not asking for a job, you are merely asking, "who do you know that I should contact?" It's important to have a clear objective in mind when you're networking stay focused on your career direction: -
- What occupation are you pursuing?
- What information are you seeking?
- Which companies are you trying to reach?
- Who would be an excellent lead for you?
Be very clear and specific about this before you go to your next association or business meeting, networking event or cocktail party. The results will surprise you. If you're not sure what you want, try saying, "I'm in transition and looking at different opportunities available to me," instead of saying "I just need any kind of a job." Use every opportunity to network. Networking is an ongoing process, even after you get a job, and it helps you obtain future jobs. Also try to keep building your network continuously.
Additional Networking tips
Assume everyone is important, because they are! Develop your small talk conversation skills. Listen carefully. Introduce the person you just met to someone else. Always carry business cards, even if you're between jobs! Periodically follow up with people you've met with a phone call or note.
